There are no standards in the security industry for determining the number of Security Officers needed to protect assets; however, there are different methods for assessing whether Security Officers are needed and if so, how many Officers are needed. Determining the right number of Security Officers is typically based on a combination of various factors such as functions, risks, and industry norms. 

In addition, policies and procedures are an important part for an effective security program. We can assist you in developing individual security policies or a complete security manual. These policies can address active shooter, hostages, access control, visitor management, etc.

Quality Control

S2 Consulting Services, LLC provides independent inspections of contract security services (guard services).  We provide objective assessments of protection forces, contract compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.  Quality Control is required on some contracts (e and should be considered an essential part of an overall security program.
